If you think that there could be nothing better than chocolate cookies, taste these cookies with Mandara buffalo butter! Using buffalo butter, the cookies achieve a crunchy consistency outside and stay soft inside .. try them!
2 + 3/4 cups of ’00 flour,
1+ 1/4 spoons of salt,
1 tea spoon of yeast,
1 tea spoon of bicarbonate,
150 g of Mandara buffalo butter,
1 + 1/4 cups of cane sugar,
3/4 cup of sugar,
1 tea spoon of di vanilla extract,
1 chocolate bar cut in small flakes.
Put flour, salt, bicarbonate and yeast in a bowl and prepare the chocolate flakes.
Now you can turn on the oven to 180°C.
In another bowl, mix the butter, sugar and cane sugar vigorously until it reaches a soft consistency. Add the eggs, one at a time, and finally the vanilla. Now you can add the flour previously mixed with salt, bicarbonate and yealt.
Continue to mix; when all the ingredients are blended, add the chocolate flakes.
Now you can put the dough on a pan: each cookie should correspond to a tablespoon of dough. Leave at least 2 cm between a biscuit and the other.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until cookies become golden brown on the sides and soft in the center!
