A second course, not very quick to prepare but it is a great alternative to the usual methods of cooking minced meat.

Bake the raw meat, it will cook slowly but will remain soft, and the milk of the buffalo mozzarella will give it a very special taste!

INGREDIENTS

Veal minced meat 400 g
Eggs 2 egg-whites
Breadcrumbs half cup
Mandara Buffalo Mozzarella (200 g)
Spreadable cheese 100 g
Salt
 to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano 2 spoons
Parsley half cup

PREPARATION

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees, and cut 100g of buffalo mozzarella Mandara into little cubes and other 100 grams in slices, making sure to squeeze out the buttermilk. In a bowl, combine the meat with the diced buffalo mozzarella, the spreadable cheese, the two egg whites, oregano, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix everything with a wooden spoon until all the ingredients are blended well.

Put half of the meat mixture in a pan, and cover it with the slices of mozzarella.

Put the other half of the mixture over the mozzarella and level it to make it flat. If you want you can put some scattered breadcrumbs on your timbale.

Now you can bake at 180 degrees, for 1 hour cooking. When ready let cool for 10 minutes and then serve sliced!
